I offer a wide variety of personal training options to fit everyones’ needs. Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose weight, gain muscle mass, or just feel better about yourself, I can help!

 I offer one on one personal training, online training, small group training, and fitness camps. In addition, I offer nutrition counseling to maximize your results in the gym. Currently I train from 2 gyms here in Wilmington, NC; 24 Fit and Golds Gym Porters Neck. One on One Training- allows you 30 minutes or an hour of individual instruction. You get undivided attention to assure  proper form and maximize the benefit of your workout.

On-line Training- I will write a monthly plan for you to follow on your own- individual muscle groups or a split, whatever fits your training needs. 

Small Group Training- Groups of 3-5. This is a great way to get a personal trainer while sharing on the cost. Small groups also work well in helping you stay motivated by having teammates to help keep you going.

Fitness Camps - Fitness camps are a bootcamp style training incorporating  core and strength training with a medium to high cardiovascular workoout designed to gain strength and burn fat in an outdoor setting.   Coming Soon!
