Online Training - Workouts

Online Training consists of a month long workout plan designed to meet your goals. Workouts include muscle specific exercises including supersets, giant sets and straight sets. There will be 5 to 7 exercises per muscle group. Whether you want to lose weight and tone or gain mass and definition to compete, my workouts will work for you. Weekly question and answer sessions are included.
